Mary Meier, MS RCEP

Mary obtained her B.S.degree in nutrition and M.S. in exercise science. Her clinical background includes working in cardiac and physical rehabilitation settings applying exercise and physical activity for individuals to provide therapeutic and functional benefit. She has worked with numerous individuals to implement and promote health changes in fitness, wellness, and nutrition.

Her research in nutrition and exercise science has generated several professional journal publications and presentations. Mary is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine through which she is certified as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

The ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist® provides exercise management for patients with a broad spectrum of chronic diseases or disabilities. Registered clinical exercise physiologists work in the preventive or rehabilitative application of exercise and physical activity for populations where exercise has been shown to provide a therapeutic or functional benefit.

Her philosophy is to work with clients to incorporate balance in their lifestyle to obtain positive health practices to enjoy life to its fullest.

Suzanne Falaschetti, MS

Suzanne is a master's prepared exercise physiologist with 17 years of healthcare experience. Her background is in cardiac rehabilitation, preventive fitness and wellness, weight management, tobacco cessation, corporate wellness, and health coaching. She published a book, Home Fitness in 2003, and has completed a second book manuscript, Helping People Lose Weight currently under review. She has been featured in articles in Kiplinger's Personal Finance, NewsDay in New York, the News-Press in Southwest Florida, and the Bozeman Daily Chronicle.

She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Suzanne enjoys working with individuals who are beginning exercisers, those with health concerns, or reluctant exercisers. Her philosophy is to encourage a client to discover his or her own strengths, leading to positive experiences, and ultimately, fulfilling lifestyle changes.

Teri Poore, RN LMT

Teri has been a Registered Nurse for over 28 years. She worked at Lenox Hill Hospital in open heart intensive care. She moved on to Work at Cornell University in the operating room as a charge nurse for the open heart unit. While there she wrote a pre-operative teaching booklet for patients undergoing surgery.

Her experiences include assisting her husband with his surgical practice in Butte Montana. After moving to Jackson Wyoming in 1996, she received her certification in esophageal monometries to study reflux disease. In 2005 she studied medical massage therapy and became a licensed and certified member of the American Medical Massage Association and the American Association of Nurse Massage Therapists.

Inspiration - Regular massage helps with the stress and strain of daily life by balancing the mind, body, and spirit.
